Read Across America Day

Each year, the National Education Association celebrates “Read Across America Day” on March 2nd, the birthday of Dr. Seuss. This scholastic celebration aims to bring children and teens together to read and is part of the ongoing Read Across America campaign. In honor of Dr. Seuss, Random House developed a wonderful site called Seussville which has fun games and educational resources. Check out Seussville’s Read Across America page for fun ways to get your children involved in this exciting event!

In support of Read Across America Day, our designers created a fun bookmark design. Inspired by the beloved Dr. Seuss book One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish, this bookmark makes reading fun with colorful beads and alphabet letters.

Make one as a gift to encourage a child in your life to read!
