Tough decision! I love some of the designs, and the attention to detail is amazing. If forced to choose, it would probably have to be the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock.

  • 2 Debbie // Feb 15, 2012 at 9:20 pm

Geez, If forced to choose right now. In honor of spring it would have to be the drangonfly. Thanks for always having such awesome giveaways.

All of the pendants are stunning! But, if I must choose, I love the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock. Absolutely gorgeous.

  • 5 Liz Hart // Feb 15, 2012 at 11:28 pm

My favorite is the Chagall birthday.

  • 6 Stacey Wilson // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:01 am

These are really beautiful and would make great focal beads! I love so many, but my vote goes to the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock!

  • 7 Cheryl // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:12 am

They are all beautiful, but the Black Onyx Blue Jay seems very personal to me. It would make a lovely keepsake.

  • 8 Wanda // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:16 am

My favorite is the 30x40mm black onyx peacock. Very pretty!

  • 9 Jameka // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:22 am

I think I would have to choose “The Lady in White with Black Flower” as my favorite…this minute. There are so many beautiful pieces that my opinion could change at any given minute.

  • 10 Ina // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:27 am

It’s a tough choice, but I think the peacock would be a delight.

  • 11 Cathy H. // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:42 am

  • 15 Michelle // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:47 am

Oh, they are all so beautiful! I think my favorite might be the Mother of Pearl Teal Ornament, though…

  • 16 Bonnie W // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:48 am

Oh! Artbeads! To pick just one…that’s the real challenge. I’d have to say…The Painter, because it’s timeless, and will challenge me to push my physical limitations to make it a piece of artistic jewelry. This past year artists have graced my life & if I won, it would be dedicated in their honor! Good luck to all!

These Russian Artists Pendants are so exquisitely beautiful it is extremely difficult to pick just one favorite. I looked at every single one several times and finally picked Bead – 0267 Brown Bird with Pink and Yellow flowers on a Carnelian bead. I also really love Bead – 0243 in the portraits category, in fact, all the portraits. The truth is, I love them all!

If I were to choose it would be “Rectangle Black Onyx Picasso – The Dream ” . They are all so beautiful.

  • 21 Chris // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:34 am

My favorite is the mother-of-pearl dragon fly, which would fit well in an earthy scheme.

  • 22 Bobbi // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:36 am

They are all beautiful. My favorite would be the dragonfly.

  • 23 Barb Hart // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:41 am

I love them all, but I would really like to have the portrait of a girl by Mucha. He is one of my favorite artists who is largely unknown. Incredible detail.

  • 24 Katrina // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:52 am

I would choose the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Frog. My Best friend has a thing for frogs and she would love to have a necklace (made by me) using this pendant.

  • 25 Connie // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:52 am

Such beautiful pieces of art but I knew right away, my favorite is the- Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock 20x30mm.

  • 26 Mechelle J. Fox // Feb 16, 2012 at 5:57 am

You had to make this hard didn’t you? There are so many I love I kind of had to chose one of those at random. The winner is the 25x35mm Rectangle Black Onyx Blue and Brown Butterfly on Silver.

  • 27 Sandra Urmey // Feb 16, 2012 at 6:07 am

They are stunning! Being a fan of butterflies, I’d have to say the Rectangle Black Onyx Orange Butterfly on Silver is my favorite. So pretty!

  • 28 Mary // Feb 16, 2012 at 6:11 am

Thank you for offering the chance to win one of these wonderful objects of beauty!

  • 34 Debra Schwartz // Feb 16, 2012 at 6:37 am

Of course I would love to win any of them. I am drawn to the Renaissance – Mask Your Face pendant.
    Thank you!!! for the contest!!!

  • 35 Karen W. // Feb 16, 2012 at 6:38 am

If I had to choose just one Russian pendant it would be a difficult choice indeed. I would have to choose “Queen Elizabeth”, because I have had a strange fascination for the person and the time period in which she lived , since my teens. The portrait of Elizabeth I is so regal, detailed, and elegant. The touches of gold will surely “pop” against the onyx background when seen in person (so to speak) as opposed to the photo which, while beautiful, I am sure does not do it justice. I would love to incorporate the pendant into a necklace in the style of the time period in which she lived.

  • 36 Deci Worland // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:06 am

I love the Mink with Flowers on Black Onyx

  • 37 Debbie // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:10 am

All the beads are gorgeous, for a long time I have loved AB-FN4 Onyx Renaissance-Mask your Face. But I must say a new item BEAD-0247 Polar Bear Mother with Cubs is my new favorite. I am also a Coca Cola collector and love Polar Bears.

  • 38 Penny // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:16 am

So many lovely ones – I like Amethyst, by Mucha and I like the Three Nightime Fairies – how can you pick just one …

  • 39 Kate Kemp // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:17 am

Tough choice! I’m drawn to the 20x30mm Oval Mother of Pearl Pink Ornament. Its so elegant!

  • 40 Amy // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:27 am

I love them all but my favorite would be a toss up between the peacock and the firefly. They are all beautiful.

  • 41 Lori L. // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:41 am

These are beautiful…thanks for introducing them to me! I especially love the Oval Black Onyx Blue ornament!

  • 42 Carmen M. // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:51 am

Wow, it really is a tough decision – the animals and contemporary beads are all amazing and gorgeous, but the one that really sticks out to me is 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock. The detail is simply stunning and the colors are compelling. I just love it.

  • 43 Toni // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:53 am

I love the ‘Three Nightime Fairies’…they are so pretty, love the colors!

  • 44 Alley M // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:53 am

  • 47 Debbi_D // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:03 am

OMG!…I’ve been drooling over these pendants since I’ve first laid eyes on them. I wish that I could do something like that myself but since I can’t I just have to dream how to incorporate them into my jewelry. I just ‘love’ the 30×40 3 nightime fairies on black onyx rectangle one. I’ve had an idea for this one for a long time!

  • 48 Ruby H // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:08 am

it is a tough decision they all are beautiful but if I have to choose I believe the nature ones. I love the butterflies with flowers. The colors stand out and take notice. thanks for the beauty within themselves.

OMG! Such a decision, they are all so beautiful, I Love the Rectangle Black Onyx, Winter, and Pink Flapper Girl, and Rectangle Black Onyx Fruit, and, and and. Wouldlike to win them all

  • 53 Elaine Mullaney // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:44 am

I have been in love with Russian art for many years. I own 2 small laquered boxes. My favorite is “Queen Elizabeth”. I have been a lover of all things Tudor for as long as I can remember. This portrait would be breath taking set amongst pearls and rich gemstone colored crystal. The detail in this portrait reminds me of the miniature portraits done by Nicholas Hilliard and Holbein. Having one of these pendants would be like having a museum work of art of my very own.

  • 54 K B // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:46 am

These pendants are gorgeous.Beacause of the black onyx backround it makes the painted colors so pronounced. The detail in painted pictures is so detailed. I love the peacocks and dragon fly. However, if I would win I would choose Judith by Mucha. She looks like my friend daughter-in-law.

  • 55 Susan M // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:51 am

easy pick for me >>>20-21×30-31mm Oval Mother of Pearl Dragonfly

  • 58 Renee Pfeifer // Feb 16, 2012 at 8:56 am

BEAUTIFUL! I’ve actually never seen any of these before, even though I shop here often, until I received the email about them today. I love the portraits especially the “25x36mm Fortune Teller on Black Onyx”!

  • 59 Nancy L // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:00 am

All are gorgeous! All would make striking statement necklaces! When forced to pick, I would go with 30x40mm Rectangle Black Onyx Picasso – The Dream…

  • 60 LAURIE K // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:08 am

I love all the portraits by Mucha but I keep going back to ‘Evening Star’ because of an old photo of my Mother in the thirties…beautiful work…having a bead/pendant like this would be a keepsake.

  • 61 Barbara C // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:14 am

These pendants are beautiful. Being a painter myself, I love the Three Night Time Fairies or
    the Fortune Teller.

This would be an heirloom for sure.

  • 62 Valerie T // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:18 am

I would love to say all – but since I can only choose one it would have to be the Rectangle Black Onyx Dragonfly. Why – My sister and I both love dragonflies and she is so far 3 years cancer free and this would be such a great gift to surprise her with!

  • 63 Trina Penunuri // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:23 am

  • 66 Lois Peavy // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:53 am

I have looked over the Russian artists designs; for probably the hundredth time; & because they are so beautiful & colorful it is difficult to choose a favorite. One of my favorites is the 30×40 mm “Three Nightime Fairies on Black Onyx”. It has such appealing colors & is whimsical & magical all tied up together.

  • 67 Kristi Horne // Feb 16, 2012 at 10:14 am

I absolutely love the details in these Russian art designs. If I have to choose though I would have to pick the peacock design. The intricacy on the black background is just amazing.

  • 70 Marcia Cupschalk // Feb 16, 2012 at 11:14 am

The Peacock Pendant is outstanding..beautiful; I can see it teamed with several strands of colorful beads to carry the colors incorporated in the pendant.

  • 71 BJ // Feb 16, 2012 at 11:26 am

I love them all – but my favorite is the peacock. It is so different and colorful and would be beautiful with some Swarovski crystals and pearls.

  • 72 Angela M // Feb 16, 2012 at 11:26 am

There are so many lovely choices but since I have a thing for fairies I had to pick the following: 30x40mm Three Nightime Fairies on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead .

  • 76 Taja // Feb 16, 2012 at 11:31 am

AB-PERI 20×30 Rect Blk Onyx Persian as it reminds me of my beloved rag doll cat that passed away last year…such a love.

  • 107 Kathryn // Feb 16, 2012 at 12:49 pm

Wow, now I see why everyone else had such trouble picking just one. But since I have to pick, I pick 14x20mm Oval Black Onyx Ornament. Although I love the picture of it, I’m not crazy about the alternate view ones because they are very different than the original. If I get one of the alternate view ones, then I’d rather have 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock. The Peacock bead is much more consistent in style and color.

  • 108 Carla // Feb 16, 2012 at 12:51 pm

I love so many but I think my favorite out of them all is the 20-21×30-31mm Oval Mother of Pearl Dragonfly. It’s so pretty!

  • 114 Ellen Lesak // Feb 16, 2012 at 1:12 pm

This is soooo hard, cause I love them alll! But if I have to pick, then I have 2 favorites!

First, the 3 fairies, #Bead 0239 is so awesome, the colors and the detail are sharp, but the effect is dreamy & romantic!
Second, the Black onyx Main Coon Cat # AB-MAI1 is lovely… and looks very much like my babies at home. They are getting old ( they run 17 & 18 yo) , and it would be great to have such a beautiful rememberance!

I love all these contests… besaides the chance to win somethiung cool, I get introduced to a lot of awesome products that I would not find on my own!!! Thanks!

  • 115 Pattie S // Feb 16, 2012 at 1:17 pm

First let me say great contest! I’ve long admired these gorgeous beads. When I initially read about the contest I thought “This will be easy. I have always been a fan of Art Nouveau especially Alfonse Mucha. I really expected that I would choose one of those pendants but then on a whim I explored your New Additions. There I found the Blue Bird and Pink Flowers on Carnelian and fell in love! I would love to pair this lovely pendant with the 6mm Carnelian and gold plated round beads I just ordered! Maybe I’d even add a dab of tiny pink swarovski’s for effect.

So many stunningly beautiful beads, it’s SO hard to choose ONE favorite! I narrowed it down to two though… The Rectangle Black Onyx Frog , and the Oval Black Onyx Blue Ornament :) I love both for different reasons and even so it was hard to pick them above some of the others.

  • 119 Christine Breed // Feb 16, 2012 at 1:48 pm

If I had to choose right now, it would have to be the Snowshoe cat. It reminds me of my Kiki, also a snowshoe. From the small picture I’ve seen of it, it’s got some amazing detail. I’d love to make a necklace or bracelet and take her everywhere with me!

  • 120 K J Foster // Feb 16, 2012 at 2:06 pm

Just wanted to say that when I had a chance to buy one for a birthday present to me, I picked the Mother of Pearl Dragonfly and I love it! I’ve made two cat necklaces for gifts, Maine Coon cat and Siamese kitty pendents and they were very well received! All of them are amazingly detailed and mini works of art.

I like the Brown bird with pink and yellow flowers.

  • 130 Patricia // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:27 pm

I love many of the pendants but the woman in the garden evening dress has to be my favorite. I collect cameos, antique and new, and this reminds me of some of mine. Also, I wear my hair in the Gibson Girl style and that makes this one special to me.

  • 131 Carol // Feb 16, 2012 at 4:28 pm

  • 149 Debbie B. // Feb 16, 2012 at 7:18 pm

I have had my eye on several of these for a looooong while now and would love to win one. My choice would either be ‘Winter’ by Mucha or ‘Garden Queen’, also by Mucha. I just love the beautiful rich colors and am drawn to vintage-looking portraits. Now if you could get John William Waterhouse on onyx…my life would be complete!!!! LOL :)

They are all beautiful. But I am partial to the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Mermaid with Long Hair. I love mermaids and she is so pretty with her long golden hair. I would love to dress this one up with different pink-hued swarovski crystals to match the fish tail.

  • 160 Julie Weeks // Feb 16, 2012 at 9:32 pm

I LOVE the gorgeous “two love birds” pendant!

  • 161 Paula Rudy // Feb 16, 2012 at 10:31 pm

Lily of the Valleys are my favorite flower, maybe because they usher in Spring weather, my favorite time of year. And I am total ‘sucker’ for anything carnelian. Combine the two in a gorgeous pendant, and it becomes a must-have for me. Thank you for the give away! And I’ll keep my fingers crossed for good luck!

  • 162 Deborah // Feb 16, 2012 at 11:22 pm

Hard to choose just one but I think it has to be

When I saw the Horse pendant # IDEA-0245 my heart went pitter patter.
Needless to say, this one is my favourite.
Confuscious say: horses are a good luck item.
Hopefully it will be lucky for me!

    Gorgeous!

  • 165 Kathleen Bruski // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:29 am

I love the pendants! What a great idea :) My (current) favorite is the Gustav Klimt – Virgins pendant. I love Klimt’s art and have several prints hanging in my home and office. My three daughters would love pieces crafted with this stone so whether I win or not, this is a future purchase. Thank you!

  • 166 Amy Gettys // Feb 17, 2012 at 3:56 am

  • 168 Christina DelGrego // Feb 17, 2012 at 4:52 am

    http://www.artbeads.com/bead-0262.html.

WOW! So very hard to pick just one. I had to figure out a way to narrow it down. My method? Well, I am a bird lover ( having five birds at home) as well as a beading lover…So, choosing which bird was next difficult task… I have to go with the HOOPIE !!! What a gorgeous bird and pendant. I would love to win that piece and bead it in “A work of ART “. Thanks for the opportunity.

  • 169 BKathie // Feb 17, 2012 at 5:41 am

All three are georgous, however you have made me choose so I will go with the dragonfly. The dragonfly has been an important symbol to me during my three year fight with breast cancer so this one would mean a lot to me as I worked it into a beautiful piece of jewlery. Thank you for making this a possibility for me. Sincerely BK

  • 170 AMarie // Feb 17, 2012 at 6:01 am

The Three Mightiness Fairies is my favorite, but each of them are exquisite and the artists who paint them are so very talented to work on such a small scale. I cannot imagine doing the same and then selling it at such a low price. They really should be applauded. Thank you for the opportunity. :)

  • 171 Jesica T. // Feb 17, 2012 at 6:06 am

There are a few that have really caught my eye but I would have to start with the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock, because I just really love the colors and all the great details in this minnie painting.

  • 172 Peg // Feb 17, 2012 at 6:28 am

My favorite is the 30x40mm Three Nightime Fairies on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead.

  • 173 LynnB // Feb 17, 2012 at 8:15 am

I’ve bought 2 of these pendants previously, the oval mother-of-pearl dragonfly and the black onyx with blue and purple butterfly on gold. Gorgeous! I’d love to have the nighttime fairies, garden queen, or Queen Elizabeth.

  • 174 Laurie // Feb 17, 2012 at 8:20 am

my favorite would be the 20-21×30-31mm Rectangle Black Onyx Dragonfly. It reminds me of summer on the river watching the dragonflies dart back and forth! nothing is more relaxing then watching them dance for hours

  • 175 Jessi // Feb 17, 2012 at 8:23 am

Hands down, being that Alphonse Mucha is one of my all-time favorite artists, I have to go with a pendant modeled after his work! I think… “Fortune Teller” on black onyx would have to be my choice.
    These are beautiful!
    Thanks for the opportunity!

I love the Muncha looking lady and would find just the perfect beads to accompany it.

  • 177 Kathy Robinson // Feb 17, 2012 at 10:39 am

  • 178 Barbara // Feb 17, 2012 at 10:40 am

They are all stunning. But if I could have one it would be the blue butterfly. Second would be the dragonfly

  • 191 Kathleen // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:16 pm

Love the 19x25mm Oval Black Onyx Teal Ornament!

  • 197 Shari Arbogast // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:31 pm

I actually like almost all of them, but given I can only choose one, then I will have to go with the horse’s head, so I can make something for my niece. She’s going through her “I love horses and want a pony” phase. heh If I ever got around to making something for myself it would probably be the mother of pearl dragonfly, but I never make anything for myself. I love making my family smile. ^_^

  • 198 Renee Lyall // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:33 pm

All the pendants are beautiful. It would be hard to choose. Any one of them would be a treasure to win.

  • 199 Oleksandra // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:40 pm

I just adore Mucha’s art!! For many years, two of my favorites have been Evening Star and Winter, just because it’s so difficult to pick out one. Since the moment I saw these incredible beads, I instantly imagined them in necklaces using lots of Soft Flex 24K gold wire, different shapes and shades of freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and seed beads. Hope someday I’ll get my hands on one of these and I can make this necklace. Thanks, Artbeads, for the great giveaway and the incredible products!

The 3 nighttime fairies. I make inspirational jewelry and love winged spirits.

  • 201 Laura Lee // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:54 pm

I have been coveting these pendants for ages! Picking only one is near impossible. The mother of pearl dragonfly is beautiful… but so is the columbine… and also the ‘ornament’ series are all stunning… but in the end I wound up debating which of the Mucha (a favorite artist of mine) portraits I loved the most and finally decided on ‘Amethyst’. :)

  • 202 sue ruopp // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:54 pm

spent many hours admiring these unique beads. barely had time to explore the rest of your site (i am new to it) my favorite beads were 0239 three nite faries on black onyx and 6254 the garden queen. i am a nature lover and have a feeling when i use these beads in a neckalace it will be impossible for me to sell them. shame i have to pay heating bills. lol

  • 203 Linda // Feb 17, 2012 at 2:55 pm

The woman in the white dress with the large pendant on her neck reminds me of the Toulouse Lautrec antique posters, the beautiful design in the background adds to the elegance of the piece, the softness of the flowers in the foreground !!!! Beautiful !!! Love to win any of the pieces !!!

  • 204 Ann timmins // Feb 17, 2012 at 3:05 pm

My Favorite Pendant is “Three Fairies on black onyx” Why? Because the art work is beautiful and the idea of fairies is a magical concept. What would children do without “The Tooth Fairy?” I really like your selection of beads and use you all the time. Ann R. Timmins

As of today, my choices are the “Two Love Birds in a Tree” and the “Three Night Time Fairies”. I have been making fairy earrings so I really need to make a fabulous necklace also. A dear friend of mine would love the “Three Bats in the Night”.

  • 233 Angela H. // Feb 18, 2012 at 12:54 am

I love the bird themed pendants, but I think the two lovebirds in a tree is my fav. as it reminds me of my two budgies who were very much “love birds” . Unfortunately, I lost one of them last week so this pendant would remind me of them.

  • 234 Carrie // Feb 18, 2012 at 4:49 am

Definitely the black onyx peacock. It needs to be surrounded by lots of blue and green crystal. Though the new Queen Elizabeth one is pretty cool, too. That and some pearls would be amazing.

They’re all so beautiful! My favorite is the Three Nightime Fairies. Amazing detail!

  • 238 Ginny Cole // Feb 18, 2012 at 8:53 am

I’ve swooned over these for months, and if hard-pressed to choose one, I have to go with the peacock. The intricacies of painting are so delicate and precise. While I love the copies of the famous artists’ paintings, I wouldn’t buy these because one could simply use a copy and embed it in epoxy for a very similar look.

  • 239 Michelle // Feb 18, 2012 at 12:07 pm

So many beautiful pieces but my favorite would have to be the Oval Mother of Pearl Blue Ornament.

  • 240 Melissa // Feb 18, 2012 at 12:51 pm

I love all the portraits. I have been making a lot of Victorian and Art Deco pieces and would have to say the Queen Elizabeth is my favorite!

Difficult choice but: Two Swans by a Lake on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead

  • 242 Brenda // Feb 18, 2012 at 1:22 pm

I like Reverie by Mucha. I like the simplicity yet the clearness of the portriat. I like the colors and the look more of innocence on her face. I had picked this one out before I even knew of the free giveaway! This is the one I would like to win and wear because I could never afford it.

  • 282 Linda Renz // Feb 19, 2012 at 6:59 am

So much beauty, how do you take just one? I would love to have so many of these gorgeous little works of art, but since I must choose, I will give my allegiance to the most elegant Garden Queen on black onyx. A beauty ringed in leaves, what could be more lovely?

IMPRESSIVE. ALL of them. But I would have to say the gorgeous peacock…the beautiful colors and detailing.

  • 286 Jill // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:04 am

    Good morning!
After looking over the Russian pendants… it’s hard to choose! They’re all so beautiful! But if I had to pick one… I think I’d have to go with Mucha’s Amethyst. It was difficult choosing between that, Mucha’s Winter, and Klimt’s The Kiss; I’ve always been a fan of the Art Nouveau style, so this was particularly challenging. But the inclusion of my favorite flower, the iris, is what clinched it – I would love to make it the centerpiece of a necklace. I just hope my abilities are up to the task!
Thanks for the opportunity to get my hands on one of these gorgeous pieces, & congratulations in advance to the winner. Unless it’s me, in which case… Yay! ;-)

  • 287 Rise St. Arno // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:07 am

25x35mm Rectangle Black Onyx Blue and Purple Butterfly on Gold

  • 292 Brenda // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:33 am

My favorite is the Sparrow and Water Lily as it brings to mind a quote with great personal significance to me:

    rise above our defilements and
sufferings of life.” – Lao Tzu

  • 293 Carolyn Ward // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:36 am

I was finally able to retire about a year ago and moved to a lovely condo with a porch that overlooks a green area. In the warm weather, dozens of dragonflies soar for hours almost close enough to touch. All the pendants are breathtaking, but the Oval Mother of Pearl Dragonfly is the one I would choose.

  • 294 Michelle // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:40 am

I have long admired the 3 nightime fairies pendant!

So many gorgeous works of art! Can you imagine painting with that kind of detail?! There are several I would buy if my budget were unlimited, but if I had to choose just one, I would but the oval mother of pearl dragonfly. I love the colors they chose and the delicacy of the artwork. So often, dragonfly renderings are large and clunky. This one is beautiful.

THE KISS by Klimt. I have been to Russia and have a collection already of their brooches and boxes that we have collected when we lived in Europe, and I tell you, those artists are amazing! I even have books we bought in Russia of how they make them, the fairytales they paint on many of the ones there, regionally, and more. I have been to Moscow and St Petersburg.
They are our ART here at home. :) ))

  • 357 Melanie Clark // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:16 pm

They are all beautiful, but I keep coming back to the elephant.

  • 358 Caroline Lennek // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:23 pm

Really hard to pick just one, but I was really impressed with the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock…absolutely gorgeous!

  • 359 Lula // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:29 pm

  • 360 MF // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:36 pm

There are two that I really love, but I think my favorite is the Three Nighttime Fairies.

I really like the rectangle black onyx butterfly on silver!

  • 362 Zeena MacLean // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:44 pm

Love the Queen Elizabeth, because Queen Elizabeth 2′s Jubilee is coming up, and Kate Middleton’s popularity. Love the Lace depicted.
    Zeena

  • 363 Catherine // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:44 pm

I love the Fortune Teller but would take any one!

  • 364 Susan Shelton // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:47 pm

Mink with flowers is amazing!! The colors are vibrant. The mink is an unusual but beautiful animal that seems to pop out of the painted pendant. The wearer is sure to receive compliments on this incredible piece of art.

  • 365 Heather Fig. // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:49 pm

I love the one of Queen Elizabeth the 1st. While touring in England, I saw one of the sets of armour worn by her father, Henry VIII in the Tower of London. I was surprised at how short and chubby he was, grin. I am a genealogist and UK history is fascinating!!

  • 366 pamela haggarty // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:54 pm

The beauty of the exquisite woman, delicately painted on the pendant “Reverie” as if she were one of the lovely irises and other blooms has been my favorite since first laying eyes on it last year! I don’t know how many times I have closed my eyes and envisioned it on an understated (but sparkling) chain of 3mm crystal bicones and metallic delicas. Aaahhh, dreaming is free!!! Thankyou for the contest!! Pam

  • 367 Clara // Feb 19, 2012 at 12:57 pm

I love all the portraits, especially those by Klimt and Mucha, but today my vote goes to Woman in Evening Garden Dress. So difficult to choose.

  • 368 Kim Spooner // Feb 19, 2012 at 1:12 pm

I love most of them, I’d have to say Winter (AB-PT05) is my favorite.

The draping peacock (AB-AIC1) is right up there too but the the other variations shown are so different from the listing picture that I’d have to pass on it.

  • 369 Carol Duboff // Feb 19, 2012 at 1:13 pm

The Russian Artist pendants are gorgeous! I love the Sparrow and Waterlily on Carnelian, the Two Swans by a Lake on black onyx, the Black Onyx Chagall, but my favorite is the Lily of the Valley on Carnelian. It reminds me of my grandparents garden in the spring. They are both gone now, but I have Lily of the Valley in my garden in a long row beside my house and their gorgeous fragrance each spring reminds me all my visits to my grandparents home. This beautiful pendant brought back those happy memories.

  • 370 Care Avey // Feb 19, 2012 at 1:19 pm

Last year, I designed and created a necklace using the Black Onyx Dragonfly Russian Artist Pendant. The dragonfly symbolizes change  and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life. I donated the necklace to a hospital in Northern Maine which was holding an auction during Breast Cancer Awareness Week to raise money to purchase new mammography equipment. I felt the dragonfly was the appropriate pendant selection for women experiencing the changes in life that go along with a diagnosis of breast cancer. The necklace was auctioned off  for over $100, money used toward the purchase of new high tech mammography equipment. The dragonfly pendant holds a special place in my heart! Now, however, I would love to design and create a necklace using the thoroughbred horse head for a friend who has just turned her farm into a “Forever Home” for neglected horses and donkeys! Thank you, Artbeads, for offering such a great Give-Away!!!

  • 371 Anne VanLoon // Feb 19, 2012 at 1:24 pm

I love the butterflies. They are each so detailed that they look like an exhibit from someone’s collection. They remind me of an atrium (Fred Meyer Gardens) where they would raise the butterflies and let the public visit them in the gardens before releasing them when the weather was warm enough.

  • 372 Lorna // Feb 19, 2012 at 1:47 pm

“Emerald” is my favorite since I saw her made into a necklace that you give instruction for. I fully intend to make a necklace with ideas from your instructions but it would be wonderful if I could win her!

  • 373 luanne // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:20 pm

These are all amazing, but I love the colors and feel of Rectangle Black Onyx – Amethyst, by Mucha, Code: AB-PT02. There’s something so serene about it!! Thanks for all the fun give aways you have and I LOVE artbeads.com and recommend you all the time!

  • 374 Kathryn Rudd // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:25 pm

I have to say that the Rectangle Black Onyx Mucha Neo Classical Portrait bead has the right design elements for a lovely piece, plus is is so sensual!

  • 375 Marie // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:29 pm

I just learned a new technique called Kumihimo yesterday and I think Lady in Evening Clothes would go beautiful on this cording. I have one that I purchased and I have had many compliments on it.

  • 376 Betsy Z // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:31 pm

LOVE the gold peacock rectangle! I love to come and visit it, lol!

  • 377 Gini Foley // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:31 pm

    Number 374 coming right up!
Eenie, Meenie, Minee Moh…jeepers this is hard contest…I want them all, however, the Three Night-time Fairies on black onyx is so lovely and gentle that it appeals to my Romantic side.
    Thanks for the contest!

  • 378 Pat E. // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:33 pm

If I have to pick one then it’s Columbine Flowers on Carnelian Rectangle Bead

followed closely by Oval Black Onyx Blue Ornament.

And for cuteness – Rectangle Black Onyx Frog and Polar Bear Mother and Cubs on Black Onyx

  • 379 Danielle // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:39 pm

Definitely the 3 fairy one…reminds me of the Three Fates from Greek/Roman Mythology….

  • 380 Laura // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:39 pm

I love Dragonflies! This one is No exception!! Love It!

  • 381 Karen // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:41 pm

The oval mother of pearl dragonfly, hands down.

  • 382 Brandy // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:44 pm

My favorite are the designs inspired by Klimt. I have always loved the detail, metalic accents and intensity of his images and that comes through in the pendants inspired by his work.

  • 383 Joan Kincade // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:44 pm

    Love the black onyx peacock

  • 384 Jennifer // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:45 pm

Definitely the peacock! The peacock is such a majestical bird with beautiful colors that can inspire anyone.

  • 385 Donna Denver // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:45 pm

My favorite is the columbine one.

  • 386 Kelli // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:47 pm

Tough decision for sure. “Drum roll please”…….the black onyx peacock has won my heart over. I’ve always dreamed of having a peacock running around freely. Yet they are all beautiful, and many of the styles remind me of the Art Nouveau movement!

  • 387 Kim // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:48 pm

I love the Rec. Black with Columbine Flowers. They remind me of summer in the mountains out here in the wild west.

  • 388 Melissa // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:49 pm

I love the Oval Mother of Pearl Dragonfly!

  • 389 Ann Ross // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:51 pm

Spring sings of sunshine and Dragonflies.

  • 390 Holly R. // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:53 pm

I have to say that I love anything Mucha. We have Mucha prints throughout our house. Narrowing down favorites, well that’s a task! I will have to say that my favorite is Primrose, one of the prints I don’t have. All of the pendants are gorgeous, though, and I may have to order one for myself… maybe I can make up something for an anniversary gift and let my husband off the hook this year! ;)

  • 391 Linda Miner // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:56 pm

They are all beautiful. My favorite has to be the Autum Wolf Bead-0248

  • 392 Nancy Schools // Feb 19, 2012 at 2:58 pm

I like the Rectangle Mother of Pearl Purple Ornament.

  • 393 Beetique // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:00 pm

These are all gorgeous but I just ‘love’ the 30×40 3 nightime fairies on black onyx rectangle. It’s lovely.

  • 394 Debbie Myers // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:07 pm

Love these! Have made a couple of necklaces.

  • 395 Esther // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:07 pm

How can one pick a favorite? They are all beautiful. Since I can only pick one I will choose the “Three Nighttime Fairies. I love shopping at “Art Beads”

  • 396 Sara // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:11 pm

Oh, it’s so hard to choose! I can’t decide between Fortune Teller by Mucha on Black Onyx Rectangle bead, or Reverie by Mucha on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead.

  • 397 Elspeth M // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:16 pm

They are all so beautiful! But (after a lot of agonising) I have to choose Benedetta Canals: the contrast between her pale skin and the dark veil make it easier to appreciate from a distance than some of the designs, but mainly I just adore her beauty, confidence and poise.

  • 398 Melanie Schaffer // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:18 pm

All of these beads are truly fabulous works of art! My favorites are the stunning portrait beads though, especially the 25x36mm Garden Queen on black onyx, and the 30x40mm Queen Elizabeth on black onyx beads. The craftsmanship and level of detail on these beads is simply astounding! Thanks for a chance to win one of these lovelies.

  • 399 Chris Solanic // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:21 pm

…..it would have to be the 25x36mm Garden Queen on Black Onyx since I am a madly passionate gardener and it would symbolize my inner- gardening goddess!

  • 400 lorraine sutton // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:24 pm

any of them really there all nice, but the butterfly one would be great to wear this summer….tks

  • 401 Shawna Lewis // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:40 pm

Hello, Thanks for this wonderful giveaway. My favorite is the Black Onyx – Winter, by Mucha
She is beautiful!! they are all so stunning.
    Smiles, Shawna

  • 402 Jackie // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:40 pm

Two Love Birds in a Tree on Black Onyx is beautiful :)

  • 403 Serena // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:41 pm

I made my decision rather quickly and I chose the Black Onyx Blue and Brown Butterfly on Silver. In addition to making jewelry I also paint, so anytime I see jewelry components that have been handpainted I appreciate all of the work and detail that has gone into them.

  • 404 nels // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:42 pm

Tough decision! I love so many of the designs. I pick the Black Onyx Chagall – Birthday.

  • 405 Ruth Martin // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:42 pm

I haven chosen the Woman in Evening Garden Dress. This painting is the likeness of a young southern belle. It is how an old woman remembers the girl of yesterday. It portrays the romance she felt in her heart. It makes my heart remember with the same passion and ethusiasm as then and I can hardly wait to start the design.

  • 406 Dola // Feb 19, 2012 at 3:57 pm

Love! Love! love! The Black Onyx Gold Art Nouveau

  • 407 Angela // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:06 pm

I do love them all, since I already have purchased the Dragon Fly and have received many compliments on it I will have to go for another pick. With that being said I would have to say I would pick, the Rectangle Black Onyx – Amethyst by Mucha. I just love the colors as well as the vintage look of it.

  • 408 maryq // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:06 pm

I own the dragonfly and love it! My choice would be the flapper girl – so fun and girlie!

  • 409 Danielle // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:13 pm

There’s so many beautiful ones to choose from! I think my favorite is Rectangle Black Onyx – Evening Star, by Mucha (one of my favorites by Mucha, in general.)

  • 410 Colleen // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:14 pm

Hmm. I think my most favorite is Reverie by Mucha. With the polar bear being a close runner up. All are gorgeous, though, that’s for sure.

  • 411 Ingrid Gilbert // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:16 pm

Blue Bird and Pink Flowers on Carnelian Rectangle Bead is my favorite, so hard to choose one though.

  • 412 Kathy V in NM // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:22 pm

The Fortune Teller, but to be honest — I love them all!

  • 413 Dorothy // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:25 pm

It’s the Columbine Flowers on Carnelian Rectangle… just makes me feel relaxed and happy… probably because I loved the Columbines in my mother’s and grandmother’s gardens. Purrrrrrrr……..

  • 414 Barbara Burnett // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:41 pm

I love them all, but I think the 30x40mm Sparrow and Waterlily on Carnelian is my favorite; I have a special connection to carnelian and waterlilies.

  • 415 Sheila // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:45 pm

30x40mm Rectangle Black Onyx Matisse – Blue Nude
Simple yet beautiful! A work of art as a focal point of any necklace is unique!

  • 416 Terri // Feb 19, 2012 at 4:57 pm

I loved the Lily of the Valley as it is the flower of my birth month–May. I’ve always had Russia on my travel bucket list and I’m getting a chance to visit this coming September. I will keep my eyes open for these beads!

  • 417 Cindy Oliver // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:10 pm

Rectangle Black Onyx – Amethyst by Mucha is by far my favorite. Not only is it a beautiful tribute to Mucha’s Amethyst painting but my husband introduced me to Mucha’s work right before we were married. He was his favorite artist. He very quickly became mine as well! And 31 years later we still have our first painting we bought together within the first year of marriage along with others along the years. To replicate this in this beautiful piece and to be able to win it and use it in one of my own creations to pass the Mucha tradition on to my daughter would be crossing something off my bucket list. Thanks for the opportunity!! P.s. actually the truth be told…they are all beautiful!!

  • 418 Mary // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:22 pm

My daughter loves bats and I would delight in designing and making her something with the 30x40mm Bats in the Night on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead. It is beautiful an quite unlike anything she already owns.

  • 419 Anna // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:35 pm

My favorite Russian Artist Pendant is the Two Cranes by Lake. It is lovely and shows so much detail. My second favorite is the Mother of Pearl Dragonfly. Both are gorgeous. Thanks for the fun contests.

  • 420 Kristin // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:36 pm

Of course it is impossible to pick. I rule out picking the copies of famous artists, because how could one compare a Picasso to a Chagall or Klimt. I love all of the “picture” paintings, but would probably prefer the abstract designs in my jewelry, like the oval black onyx pink

  • 421 Seaneen // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:36 pm

I love the Queen Elizabeth pendant! I think it’s fair to say I not only drool over it, but I lust after it as well!

  • 422 Dawn Krueger // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:45 pm

I love the Three Nightime Fairies on Black Onyx. I think it is very beautiful and would love to make it into a one of a kind necklace. All of these Russian artist pendants are just amazing.

  • 423 Sue Mac // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:48 pm

I would love to win the 20x30mm Rectangle Mother of Pearl Teal Ornament for my mom. She just finished chemo treatments for Ovarian Cancer and the ribbon color for this cancer is teal so this ornament would honor her battle against the disease. This would be a beautiful focal for a necklace to commemorate her successfully completing all the surgeries, infections, and chemo treatments that nearly killed her. It would also remind her of her trip to Russia in the 1990′s when she and my father were healthy and able to travel. She brought home several beautiful pins and your pendants remind me of these detailed, feminine, pieces of art.

  • 424 Aggie // Feb 19, 2012 at 5:48 pm

It’s so difficult to choose just one…three of my favorites are Mother of Pearl Teal Ornament, Mother of Pearl Dragonfly, and the Black Onyx Gold Art Noveau. Would love to make a necklace with any of these!

  • 425 Serena Polheber // Feb 19, 2012 at 6:06 pm

Wow, it was hard to choose. My favorite has to be Three Nightime Fairies on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead .

  • 426 Susan Cooper // Feb 19, 2012 at 6:14 pm

I adore the Garden Queen in black but all of these are little works of art. I appreciate the effort your company makes to share “art” with all of your customers-it is obvious that we are more than just a charge card it you. Thanks again

  • 436 Ann M // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:46 pm

  • 437 Lin // Feb 19, 2012 at 7:50 pm

Mucha, no Klimt! Wait, all those wonderful Russians. Mucha. Klimt. Black onyx. My head hurts. Can’t choose just one. Which? Which? • 442 Roberta Dinow // Feb 19, 2012 at 9:03 pm

Thay are all wonderful and imaginative. I, like many others, love the peacock. But believe the
bird has so many colors I couldn’t do it justace.
I would like to win The Venus “rising from the
sea”. This item leaves lots of room for expression and creativity without strangeling ones bank account. Thank You, Roberta Dinow

  • 443 Beth J // Feb 19, 2012 at 10:00 pm

I really love all them. Pressed to choose, it would still be a tough decision between Three Nighttime Fairies and Garden Queen!

  • 444 Kathleen Wenzel // Feb 19, 2012 at 10:06 pm

20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock is my favorite at this moment. It has changed every time I open another page. These will remain a part of my beading for a long long time!

  • 445 Liann G // Feb 19, 2012 at 10:29 pm

These are exquisite pieces and each one has so many possibilities. To choose only one, I’d have to stick with my color palate and go with the 20x30mm Rectangle Mother of Pearl Teal Ornament. Now I have to go back and look at some of them again after seeing others comments!

  • 446 Aviva // Feb 19, 2012 at 10:43 pm

I’m all about dragonflies, so the black onyx dragonfly would be my choice. But oh, it would be hard to go wrong with any of them!

  • 447 Judy // Feb 19, 2012 at 11:12 pm

  • 457 Laura S // Feb 20, 2012 at 6:00 am

What a wonderful giveaway for Artbeads to do! As everyone else says, the pendants are all beautiful. At my childhood home we had a patch of lily of the valley – I loved those flowers, their daintiness and simplicity. To this day I still smile every time I see them anywhere, so my favorite has to be the Lily of the Valley on Carnelian.

  • 458 karen d. // Feb 20, 2012 at 6:01 am

I absolutely love the Fortune Teller on Black Onyx bead! 2 years ago I saw one at a craft fair in Montauk, NY – but I didn’t buy it. I have been searching for this bead ever since…

  • 459 Carole // Feb 20, 2012 at 6:16 am

Only one comment, but I just had to tell you that I just noticed Brown Bear with Cub and I am going to have to order it. It is just amazing and seems to have a story to tell. The story will be enhanced by the beads and charms that I add to it. Absolutely beautiful.

  • 462 Stacy // Feb 20, 2012 at 6:51 am

I’m torn – but the intricate detailing, the stunning color choices, and a special memory of that weird wallpaper we had in our dining room back in the 60′s led me to pick the Black Onyx Gold Art Nouveau! It absolutely has to be the peacock! The colors and the warmth of it all has my heart skipping beats! The artist was blessed with this talent and shows in every stroke of the brush!

  • 487 Pam Long // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:29 am

  • 490 Jill // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:35 am

I love all the Mucha portraits. The new Garden Queen is gorgeous too but my favorite is still the Fortune Teller. It reminds me of my dearest childhood friend who reads tarot cards and loves astrology. For her birthday present this month, I would make her a necklace with the Fortune Teller as the focal piece.

  • 491 Nicole // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:37 am

It’s really hard to choose. There are so many gorgeous pendants. But, my favorite would have to be the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock. It’s gorgeous. And, peacocks are always a bird that I enjoy seeing as they’re such a cheerful bird.

  • 492 Audrey Allen // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:37 am

  • 494 Debbie // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:42 am

My personal favourite is the “Woman in Evening Garden Dress”. It reminds me so much of a special daughter … the way she holds her spring flowers in her arms … the airy way her hair flows. It depicts her as being so very delicate but still she stands so very strong. I admire this piece of artwork and have a great fondness of the other pieces.

  • 495 jose // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:43 am

wow to all the beads they are all beautiful

Many talented and gifted people creating all your pieces.

  • 499 Kris // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:52 am

  • 500 Amanda Folk // Feb 20, 2012 at 11:52 am

  • 505 Rebecca // Feb 20, 2012 at 12:09 pm

All of the pendants are beautiful, but my favorite is the Black Onyx Gold Art Nouveau for the complexity of the design and the elegance of the black and gold. The craftsmanship is superb. This pendant would be stunning as the centerpiece of a choker or lying against the neckline in a longer piece, highlighted with black pearls and gold crystals.

I have many favorites but finally selected Two Swans on a Lake. I live on Lake Ontario and we have about 40 swans who stay here all winter. To see them fly over the lake or to watch them float along the shoreline is a beautiful sight. It would certainly make a beautiful pendant with black onyx beads and perhaps pearls

  • 514 Linda von Essen // Feb 20, 2012 at 12:59 pm

I love the portraits since I have 2 framed Saturday Evening Post covers of Victorian ladies. I’ll have to choose the Primrose portrait. I love the elegance and color combinations.

Honestly, I have been coveting these beads for so long, and would buy one of each if I could. I have not been able to make a commitment on the ONE I like best, until now that I have to! This is why I have not yet acquired one..hopefully if I win and get one, I will fall madly in love with it and just have to jump in and buy a bunch more…ok, all that being said, I absolutely adore the Fortune Teller on Black…gorgeous! Thanks for having the drawing and good luck to everyone!

  • 561 Cecilia H. // Feb 20, 2012 at 7:24 pm

These are all so lovely…I admire the intricate designs & steady hands it took to paint them! If I were so very lucky to win, I would pick: the “Rectangle Black Onyx Renaissance Painting – Mask Your Face”. For some reason it reminds me of my favorite opera (and also the movie) “The Phantom of the Opera” although I seriously doubt the artist had that in mind while painting this gorgeous piece…:> Thank you for a chance to win and for offering such unique & beautiful small works of art!
    –Cecilia

  • 562 Connie Montague // Feb 20, 2012 at 7:27 pm

  • 564 sindee tyburski // Feb 20, 2012 at 7:49 pm

I looked at the website/ EACH and EVERY one of these beads/pendants are spectacular. I picked the peacock because my daughter is hoping to find a peacock inspired prom dress. I would LOVE the challenge to make something for her. I originally pictured something for her wrist-because it is a vibrant center piece. BUT I would like to challenge myself to make something for her hair. She has voiced her interest in a half-updo and even pushing it all up on one side. I could never afford this bead so it would be amazing if I won it! ====My imagination is just running a mile a minute because I can see rhinestones and peacock feathers on either side of this magnificent centerpiece

  • 565 Theresa Mata // Feb 20, 2012 at 7:57 pm

I REALLY LOVE THEM ALL. THE CHIHUAHUA WOULD BE ONE THAT I WOULD PICK , BUT I DIDN’T LIKE THE EYES LOOKED MORE LIKE A CAT.

My favorite design would have to be “The Blue Bird With The Pink Flowers~”

There are so many beautiful designs that have been created…. and to think that they have been hand painted using a single bristle of a brush~ This is truly artistic brilliance~

  • 570 Denise // Feb 20, 2012 at 10:47 pm

It was a super tough call that took me two full days to figure out, but I’d have to say the 25x35mm Rectangle Black Onyx Orange Butterfly on Silver is my favourite. The others are incredibly beautiful and there were about 5 designs that were tied for my favourite, but in the end, it was the orange butterfly that won out because not only is it incredibly beautiful like the others, but it evokes the most emotional response from me. In the end, I had to simply stop using my head and gauge by emotion to pick a fave.

  • 571 Svetlana // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:38 am

Oh, so many entries…How it is possible to hope for winning?
I love the detailed work and the choice of materials for the base for of all these extremely beautiful art creations. Did I mention of the proud feeling I have for the artists because I am Russian? :D
My first choice (so hard to make one) would be 25x35mm Rectangle Black Onyx Gold Art Nouveau. I appreciate the gold/black color composition with lots of details in this work. I only wish it would be oval.
You probably will not even read all of this because it IS too much to read with all of the comments posted. Anyway, Good Luck to all of the participants!

Love the 3 Nightime Faires. Reminds me of my favorite childhood poem. My mother let me stay up late one night so I could see the faries, but it was too dark to see the faries.

  • 578 Beth Kurcab // Feb 21, 2012 at 7:27 am

It is so hard to choose! They are all beautiful.! I am going to say Black Onyx-Amethyst by Mucha

  • 579 Mona Brittain // Feb 21, 2012 at 7:37 am

They are all so beautiful choosing one is difficult, but I would have to pick the 30x40mm Queen Elizabeth on Black Onyx Rectangle Bead.

  • 580 Cary Scholes // Feb 21, 2012 at 7:43 am

definitely the 20x30mm Rectangle Black Onyx Mermaid with Long Hair. I am learning to draw portraits right now, and mermaids are my obsession!! Gorgeous!

  • 585 Jill Kimmle // Feb 21, 2012 at 11:42 am

I love anything with Mermaids and have been wanting the one with the mermaid on it, just haven’t bought it yet!~

  • 586 jennifer house // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:07 pm

My favorite one is the onyx with the siamese. It reminds me of my daughter’s first cat, Rameses, who was a beautiful Siamese with the same markings. Winning this would be great, as I would make a necklace for her (she’s just turned 5 on Valentine’s day) so she could look at it and remember our family friend who passed from feline leukemia.

  • 587 Tammy L Sexton // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:08 pm

The 25x35mm Rectangle Black Onyx Blue and Brown Butterfly on Silver is my favorite. Wow, they are all so amazing; how dare we have to pick one favorite!! LOL

  • 588 Tammy Roush // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:09 pm

I love the polar bear one :) I collect polar bears :) They are such beautiful creatures <3

  • 589 Evelyn Taylor // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:12 pm

  • 591 Wendy W. // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:16 pm

The Russian artists pendants are enchanting. Since my birth flower is Lily of the Valley, I would have to say my favorite is the 20x30mm Lily of the Valley on Carnelian Rectangle Bead. It is so stunning!

  • 592 debra barrow // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:18 pm

    I love the cat!

  • 594 stacy // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:25 pm

It’s a toss up between the snowshoe cat and the Klimt-style block pendants. The cat looks like one of my cats.

  • 595 Adrienne // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:28 pm

Oh my, you really challenged us this time! So hard to narrow it down to JUST one!
I really like the 30×40 Rectangle Black Onyx Peacock. It’s simple and very pretty, and I love the vibrant blue, green, and gold against the onyx. I can picture a great necklace with peacock pearls, or maybe some turquoise, or some beautiful sea glass I’ve been saving… SO many ideas! I would just LOVE to make a piece with it!

  • 596 Carol Myers // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:29 pm

They are all beautiful. It was hard to deside, but since i am a horse person i have to choose the 25×36 thoroughbred horse head on black onyx. Horses are my favorite 4 legged people.

  • 597 Chris // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:34 pm

It’s incredibly hard to choose one. I find most very beautiful. AB-BUT3 is my pick. Butterflies are my weakness.

  • 598 Dawn // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:35 pm

So many to choose from! Two Swans, Three Nighttime Fairies, Birth of Venus, Mucha’s Amethyst, (any of Mucha’s!), Black Onyx Bee, any of the butterflies. Love love love these!

  • 599 Donna Engbertson // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:44 pm

There are so many to choose from! I love many of the pendants with birds, but I’d have a hard time choosing between the yellow Labrador retriever and the thoroughbred horse. If I had to choose, I’d go for the thoroughbred because it has a special grace to it and I love almost anything with horses.

  • 600 Kathy // Feb 21, 2012 at 12:50 pm

I love the Siamese cat. It looks just like my old baby who is no longer with us. This pendant shows details and personality of the Siamese cat. AB-SIA1 is my choice.
