This year, February 1st is the 10th anniversary of National Go Red for Women Day. The American Heart Association has been campaigning to get word out about heart disease in women, and when you wear red, you can spread the word, too. If we all stand up for the cause and raise awareness, we can help prevent more women from having to live with this disease.
