Keep up with the latest fashions and have fun creating your own designs with new ideas from the Learning Center! These designs are all about creating your own pendants and charms using found materials and regular jewelry components. Some are created particularly for fall, while others follow current trends, such as Steampunk or Modern Victoria.
Little Acorns Pendant
Dangling pendants are quite popular right now, especially when suspended from a long chain. The little acorns pendant is surprisingly simple to make and very easy to customize so that it matches a particular outfit or style.
Little Acorns Charms
These little acorn charms are great for creating earrings or a bracelet to match the little acorns pendant.
A Feather in Time Pendant
This bold pendant uses found components, a wooden clock face and a sparkling Austrian crystal accent to create a piece with a decidedly steampunk feel. We’ve provided the names of the different supplies we found to use in this design, but you can always use what you have on hand to achieve a similar look.
Eddera’s Jewel Pendant
The black and white simplicity of this design, combined with the elegant leafy link at its top, gives it an old-fashioned appeal that is made modern with the use of an every-day washer and a large sparkling crystal at its center. Customize this design using different transfer sheets, a jewel-toned crystal or a variation in the link at the top.
