Artbeads Cafe Giveaway – Beaded Crochet Ropes

You asked and we delivered! Some of you requested that Katie, our resident crochet artist, teach Cynthia and Becky how to crochet for a video. In our latest Artbeads Cafe, you’ll see just that. Learn how to make beautiful beaded crochet ropes and then learn how you can win your own components to try the technique for yourself.

    These instructions are great–very clear and easy to understand. I haven’t crocheted since high school (many many moons ago), but these are so beautiful, I think I may give this a try! Love the colors in the Citrus Twist bracelet!

    I was so excited to see this video! Katie does a great job explaining and is so patient. I have never crocheted before but I am really looking forward to trying it. I love the Citrus Twist colorsand would love to win. I can also envision using ocean blues and greens with maybe a lilac and cream. New adventure!!! Thank you.

    I’m not very handy with needle and thread but would love to try. If it is beyond my capabilities, then I would love to use the seed beads and keep practicing my Kumihimo skills! Love the colors, love the look!

    I’ve actually did a double wave beaded pattern on a bag. I wonder how well this technique would work on a anklet using less beads to make the beaded rope….

    I don’t really have any ideas as I’ve never done it before, but I’m very interested in trying. It’s one of the techniques that has been on my list for awhile, but it seemed so intimidating! After watching the video, I have to say I feel more confident about trying it!

    I have done komihimo bracelates before and I enjoyed making them a lot. I have never tried to do this technique, I do know how to crochet so hopefully that would help me a little. I would love to win this giveaway, and be able to try this technique out! 💜
