We can make a pattern out of any photo picture, drawing or sketch you have that you can crochet, knit or use beads, glass or tile. We have not done anything in beads yet and need some professional help. Go to crochetbynumbersnc.com to see more and lets get started on a project.

I just wanted to leave a comment about some outstanding service I received from Artbead’s chat agent “Barbara”. I tried to get this information directly to Devin via LinkedIn with no success.

I wanted to ensure I would receive an order by a certain date even if the ship-to (my office) was different than the bill-to so after I submitted my order, I started a chat with Barbara to confirm that. She explained that as long as the billing information matched my credit card statement, there should be no problem. Convinced I did that, I thanked her and disconnected the chat. I’m so accustomed the bill-to information being on the left side of checkout pages that I had reversed the information out of habit.

After our chat ended, Barbara went the extra mile and double-checked the information on the order. She gave me a ring and confirmed that the data was transposed. She corrected it and I got my order the day I needed it.

I manage support teams for a living (my *real* job) and I’m hard to impress. I can tell you Barbara is the real deal.

Just thought Artbeads would like to know that they’re being well represented.

Thank you for this great story, Debbie. We’re going to share it on our Facebook page so other customers can read about how amazing our customer service team is, and I will pass this on to Devin and Cynthia personally, as well as Customer Service. Thanks again for your kind words 🙂

WOW! The new Swarovski growing crystals are awesome!! Learned about druzy years ago after falling in love with jewelry made by an artist on Maui. In fact, druzys are the reason I wanted to learn to make jewelry. Can’t wait to get the Swarovskis. Already have designs in mind. Thanks Artbeads! (This is my fist blog ever so I hope I don’t make mistakes or offend anyone).
